Under the provisions of the Mississippi Regulation of Professional Services Law, the Bureau carries out activities that include licensing of pest control operators and professional agricultural consultants, issuing permits and identification cards to persons employed by licensed pest control operators, and conducting inspections and taking enforcement actions related to structural pest control work.
