What types of companies are in the program?
Any manufacturer, processor, or producer that adds at least 51% of the value of a product in Mississippi is eligible to participate in the program. We currently have 30 product categories.
What are the benefits to being a member of Make Mine Mississippi?
Free and voluntary use of the Make Mine Mississippi logo; Eligible for the Cooperative Promotions Program, a matching funds program used for advertising and promotions; Generic advertising on radio and printed media around the state, asking consumers to look for the Make Mine Mississippi logo in retail stores to support Mississippi business.
How can a company use the matching funds program?
A Make Mine Mississippi member company may use the matching funds for trade show expenses, hard advertising, or label printing; The recipient must incorporate the Make Mine Mississippi logo in the activity for which they were approved.
